All transactions, refunds, and shipping are managed and fulfilled by Pawan Tiles under the brand Interior House.

1. Order Cancellation

✅ Before Dispatch:

  • Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placement or before dispatch, whichever is earlier.
  • To cancel an order, please contact us immediately via phone or WhatsApp with your order details.
  • If payment has already been made, a full refund will be initiated after successful cancellation confirmation.

❌ After Dispatch:

  • Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been dispatched or shipped.
  • Custom or made-to-order items are not eligible for cancellation under any circumstances.

2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds are issued only in the following scenarios:

  • The product was damaged during transit.
  • The product delivered is defective or different from what was ordered.
  • The product is out of stock and cannot be delivered.

In all such cases, customers must notify us within 48 hours of receiving the order and share photographic or video proof of the issue.

3. Non-Refundable Items

The following items are not eligible for refunds:

  • Products that have been used, installed, or tampered with
  • Customized, cut-to-size, or special order items
  • Products returned without original packaging or missing accessories

4. Refund Process (When Applicable)

  • If any refund is approved, the amount will be credited back to the original payment method within 7-14 business days.

5. Return Shipping Responsibility

If a product is eligible for return and refund, we will assist in the return process. In most cases:

  • Return shipping will be arranged by INTERIOR HOUSE.
  • If the return is due to customer error (wrong order placed), return shipping may be chargeable.
