2. Shipping Charges

  • Standard Shipping Charges may apply based on product size, weight, quantity, and delivery location.
  • Any applicable shipping charges will be clearly mentioned at the time of order confirmation.
  • Large or fragile items may incur additional handling or transport fees.

3. Delivery Timelines

  • We aim to dispatch in-stock items within 1–3 business days after order confirmation.
  • Estimated delivery time ranges between 2 to 7 business days, depending on your location and courier availability.
  • Custom or made-to-order products may require additional processing time, which will be communicated in advance.

4. Order Tracking

5. Delivery Attempts

  • Our delivery partners will make up to two attempts to deliver your order.
  • If the package is undeliverable due to incorrect address, customer unavailability, or refusal to accept, the order may be returned to us. Re-delivery will be chargeable.
